Working with Projects list
The functionality of the Projects list can be accessed via the context menu or via the main menu.
Project actions.
Add project. Adds a new project to list. You will be requested about Project properties for this new one.
Add subproject. Adds a subproject for a project selected in the Projects list. You will be requested about Project properties for this new one.
Properties. Shows Project properties dialog that can allow you to change name and rate of the selected project.
Delete. Requests you to delete selected project.
Task actions.
Task properties. Allows to set task properties through Task Properties dialogue.
Add New. Allows to create a new task for a project selected in the project tree. At that, you will have the Task Properties dialogue for a new task displayed.
Start. Start a task from the list without any additional inquiries. The only exception would be when you are starting a task from the imported Notes List (if you are using the Lotus Notes connection) - in this case the Time Sled will ask you to enter the Project name for the task.
You can also start a task just by double left-clicking on the task you would like to start.
Insert to log. Inserting an entry about working on a task from the List.
Delete. Deleting a task from the List.
Other actions.
Collapse all. Collapse all projects in Projects list.
Expand all. Expande all projects in Projects list.
Reload tree. Reload Project list from Lotus Notes database (if you are using the Lotus Notes connection).
