View Log section

This section is intended for displaying all selected entries with the sorting by date and Start time.

The View log section consists of two (2) parts: Log table and Gannt chart.

Log table displays entries in the table format. With the help of the context menu that can be called by right-clicking, you may copy (Copy…) a value of a field or a selected line of data to the clipboard, and also you may edit (Edit), delete (Delete) a selected entry or add (Insert) a new entry. When modifying or adding a new entry in the displayed dialogue, you may select a new project from the dropdown Projects list, then you may select a task that corresponds to a selected project from the dropdown Tasks list. You can edit or add any entries, including the ones under today’ date. At that, you need to have the Time Sled application shut down. If you decide to edit or add a new entry with the running Time Sled application, you will be asked to shut it down.

Gannt chart presents the information from Log table in the graphical form. With the help of such diagram you may estimate the intensity of your work during a selected day or period. To see what line in the table a given graphic corresponds to, it is sufficient to simply left-click on it.
