Grouping Levels report subsection

This subsection describes the settings for displaying of data grouping levels in a report. Data in a report is grouped according to the settings of the section TS Reporter - Data Grouping. A header, containing the field value, according to which data and subtotals of spent time and rate is grouped, is displayed for each data group in a report. For each grouping level, unique display settings may be defined. To switch between the unique level settings, you can use the tabs bar in the lower part of the subsection.

The Sub1…Sub5 tabs located in the lower part of the subsection are intended for formatting and grouping of texts of subprojects. At that, beginning with the subproject of the sixth level and lower, the data on those subprojects is not be grouped and had not the totals.

It is necessary to remember that the settings are made for the level that can display, depending on the settings of the TS Reporter - Data Grouping section, different data at different moments of time. For example, you have set the first level of data grouping, which was displaying values of the field Year at that moment. Then the settings of the section TS Reporter - Data Grouping have been modified so that the first level of data grouping was then displaying values of the field Project. Thus, all settings of the first level are now applied for displaying values of the field Project, not values of the field Year.

Show this grouping level. This check box allows to hide/display data for a selected grouping level at a report’s generation.

Show for this grouping level subtotal only. This check box allows to hide/display a header of a selected grouping level at a report’s generation. If a header is hidden, subtotals display a field value, according to which data grouping in a selected level is performed. This option is helpful if previous grouping level/s or Details have been hidden.

Level shift. Allows defining the shift of a selected grouping level in regard to the left border of a report.

Title format sample. Displays current settings of a header format of a selected grouping level. With the help of the context menu, it is possible to modify the font (Set text), background color (Set background color) and text alignment (Alignment).

Subtotal format sample. Displays current settings of a subtotal format of a selected grouping level. With the help of the context menu, it is possible to modify the font (Set text), background color (Set background color) and text alignment (Alignment).

Time format sample. Displays current settings of a spent time totals format of a selected grouping level. With the help of the context menu, it is possible to modify the font (Set text), background color (Set background color) and text alignment (Alignment).

Rate format sample. Displays current settings of a rate totals format of a selected grouping level. With the help of the context menu, it is possible to modify the font (Set text), background color (Set background color) and text alignment (Alignment).
