Data Tree

Data Tree is the main tool of the data selection for TS Reporter. Data in the Data Tree is presented as a tree , supporting the hierarchy of the project-subproject structure that displays a currently selected grouping order of data. When a user selects some unit of the tree, TS Reporter performs the selection of data to be displayed in Totals table, Time/Rate charts, Log table, Gannt chart and Printable Report. The upper level (unit) of the tree displays the selection of all entries (All records), which have been, provided that the filter has been turned on, filtered with the help of the filter (Filtered).

The level of nesting and the grouping order in the Data Tree is defined by the Data Grouping settings.

Context menu

Expand all. Displays all levels of a tree.

Collapse all. Collapses all levels of a tree.

Delete. Removes the selected item in the tree. At that, if this item has subordinate items in the hierarchical tree, all of them will be deleted together with the selected item. Campacted recods can not be deleted - if you want delete them you should increase the uncompacting date range in the Options window.
