Data Filter
This section is intended for setting the filter of the data displayed in Data Tree, Totals table, Time/Rate charts, Log table, Gannt chart and Printable Report.
TS Reporter allows setting the criteria of filtration by 3 main parameters: Time period, Selected projects and Selected tasks.
Time period. To setup this parameter, please set the Time period check box. Then select a beginning date (From:) and an expiry date (To:). Please keep in mind that a beginning date must not be greater than an expiry date.
Selected projects. To setup this parameter, please set the Selected projects check box. Then using the “…” button, from the list of all projects, you should select the ones you would like to include into the filter parameters. To edit the list of projects, again click on the button “…” and unselect unnecessary projects.
Selected tasks. To setup this parameter, please set the Selected projects check box. Then using the “…” button, from the list of tasks for the projects selected in the section Selected Projects, you should select the tasks you would like to include into the filter parameters. To edit the list of tasks, again click on the button “…” and unselect unnecessary tasks.
After all parameters have been defined, click on the button “Apply”. The System will filter the data that corresponds to the set filter parameters and automatically open the Data Tree section to view the filtered data.
Note. Clicking on the button “Apply” leads to re-grouping of data and to its filtration according to the settings of the Data Grouping section.
